Choose your visit date when you book. Your voucher is valid for 7 days from that date, so there is no need to change the date. For example, a visit date of Thu 15 Oct 2026 gives a voucher valid until Wed 21 Oct 2026.

Unused vouchers expire and are not refunded.

If the venue cannot serve you within your valid dates, you get new dates or a full refund.

1. Who sells and who serves: What's On Bali sells this voucher on behalf of the venue. The venue provides the service and is responsible for it, including quality, safety, opening hours and your time slot.
2. One voucher, one use. Show the QR code on your phone at the venue. A screenshot is fine; a payment receipt is not a voucher.
3. Your visit date: you choose it when you book, from tomorrow. Your voucher is valid for 7 days from that date, as shown on your voucher. You can arrive on any of these days. Unused vouchers expire and are not refunded.
4. Your time: a preferred time is only a request. The venue confirms it, or contacts you if that time is not available. If you hear nothing, your voucher is still valid on your dates.
5. Please arrive on time. Late arrival may shorten your experience, and the venue may refuse service if you are very late.
6. Cancellation and refunds: as shown on this deal and on your voucher. A change of mind after payment is not a reason for a refund unless the deal says so.
7. If the venue cannot serve you within your dates: you get new dates or a full refund.
8. Not allowed: cash exchange, resale, or combining with other venue promotions.
9. What is included: as listed under "What's Included". Anything else is paid at the venue.
10. Health and safety: tell the venue about any health condition, pregnancy or allergy before the service. You use the service at your own risk and follow the venue's rules and staff instructions.
11. Valuables and personal items are your own responsibility.
12. Prices are set by the venue and may change. Your voucher is honoured at the price and contents shown when you bought it.
