Watch the sunrise over Mount Batur in Kintamani, reaching the viewpoint by 4WD jeep or on a guided trek, then visit the black lava fields. Packages can add a Kintamani cafe, hot spring, waterfall, rice terrace, coffee plantation, ATV ride, rafting or river tubing, so the day runs 6.5 to 13.5 hours.
Hotel pickup from Kuta, Ubud or Canggu is included on selected packages, with details sent a day before. A simple breakfast is provided, blankets can be rented at the basecamp and a photographer is optional. Guides speak English, Korean and Bahasa Indonesia.
