This short workshop takes place at the Krakakoa chocolate café and factory in Kerobokan Kelod, near Seminyak. It lasts about 20 to 25 minutes and is hosted in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
You choose 100 grams of dark or milk chocolate, add a cup of filling ingredients and two toppings, and mix them into melted chocolate. Once it sets, you take home your own chocolate bark.
