Mount Batur And Caldera Sunrise Trekking Experience

This sunrise trek starts with a hotel pickup around 2 am. You cross Lake Batur by boat to Pulak Village, then walk uphill for about 45 to 50 minutes to a viewpoint facing Mount Batur, Lake Batur, Mount Agung and Mount Rinjani. The descent follows the caldera rim on steep, slippery ground, so good hiking shoes are needed.

After the boat back, you stop at the Dewi Danu statue and a coffee plantation for tasting. The tour lasts about 6 hours 30 minutes with an English-speaking guide. Options add a steam-cooked breakfast or Kanto Lampo Waterfall.
