Cooking Class Experience at Villa Canggu by Plataran

This private cooking class is held at Plataran Canggu and starts with a market tour, where a chef guides you in picking up fresh produce. Back at the venue, you cook in a traditional Balinese kitchen with a wood-fired oven.

Together with the chef you prepare a four-course menu of a starter, a fish dish, grilled meat and dessert, then sit down to eat the meal. The class lasts about 4 to 5 hours, guests meet at the venue, and instruction is in English or Bahasa Indonesia.
