KYND Community

KYND Community opened in Seminyak in 2017 as a modest 25-seat café with a simple message: be kind, to yourself and the planet. Its pastel-pink walls, bright smoothie bowls and upbeat attitude caught on fast, and the brand grew into a global name with cookbooks, apparel and sister cafés in Canggu (2023) and Uluwatu (2025).

The Seminyak original is still the flagship and the largest venue, now seating more than 100 people across indoor and outdoor spaces. The pink façade and greenery make it one of the most recognisable cafés on Jalan Petitenget, and the crowd is a lively mix of travellers, creatives and remote workers.

The food

The menu is 100% vegetarian and vegan, focused on plant-based comfort food that looks as good as it tastes. Mornings revolve around smoothie bowls and breakfast plates, while later in the day there are burgers, salads and vegan pizzas. The kitchen leans on local produce and uses eco-friendly packaging for takeaway orders.

Remote workers find the quieter mid-afternoon hours useful, and the Petitenget location makes it easy to combine with boutique shopping, a beach walk or sunset at one of the nearby beach clubs.
